Official Contest Rules: Must be 18 years of age or older to enter, only one entry per household. No purchase necessary. Employees and immediate family members of the Iowa State Center and The Tribune are not eligible to win. All entries must be submitted by 11:59 pm on February 20, 2012. The winner will be chosen February 21, 2012 and contacted by email and phone. Winner has 48 hours to confirm, otherwise prize will be given to another participant. The Tribune reserves the right to make all final decisions.
